Contact

We would love to hear from you. A person reads every message. There is no ticket system and no account to create before you are allowed to ask a question.

Something is broken

Write to support@thevun.com. Tell us which app, which device, and what happened. If an app would not open a file, send us the file — it is the single most useful thing you can attach, and we would rather have it than a description of it.

The support page covers what to include, how to report a bug, how refunds work, and why one purchase covers your Mac and your iPhone.

You want us to build something

Write to sales@thevun.com. Tell us what the thing has to do, what it has to run on, and whether a date matters. You do not need a specification to start a conversation; the first thing we do on any engagement is write one with you.

Commissions explains what we take on and how we work.

You found a vulnerability

Write to security@thevun.com. Include what you did, what you got, and anything that helps us reproduce it. We would rather hear about it early and awkwardly than late and publicly.

Our security page covers what is in scope, what we ask of you, and what to expect in return; /.well-known/security.txt is the machine-readable version. You do not need to sign anything before reporting.

Anything else

Press, licensing, a question about how something works, or a correction to something we published: sales@thevun.com reaches us and we will route it.

If you are writing about a claim on this site and want it checked, say so. We would rather be corrected than quoted wrongly.

What to expect

We answer in English, and you should write in whatever language you are comfortable with. We will manage.

We are a small team, so replies come from the people who wrote the code rather than from a queue. That means answers are usually specific and occasionally slow. If something is urgent, say that in the subject line.
