Privacy Policy
Effective August 24, 2026
Our apps and games collect no personal data. This policy explains what happens on your device, what the website sees, and the limited cases in which information reaches us.
1. The website
The Virtually Unlimited Corp ("we," "us," or "our") collects a limited amount of information when you visit this website or contact us.
We may collect the following types of information:
- Contact information you voluntarily provide, such as your name and email address, when you reach out to us.
- Usage data collected automatically, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our site.
- Cookies and similar technologies to improve site functionality and understand usage patterns. We use Google Analytics for this; Google's handling of that data is described in Google's privacy policy.
2. Our apps and games
This section covers our shipped, installable apps and games, as distinct from the thevun.com website covered above. It is the privacy policy for every app and game we publish; if it ever changes, the new version will be posted at this URL before it takes effect.
Our apps and games collect no data. No personal information, no analytics, no crash reports, no advertising identifiers, and no tracking of any kind. There are no ads and no accounts. Your documents, settings, and progress are stored in each app's private storage by default and are never sent to us.
Some apps offer optional synchronization through a platform service such as Apple iCloud. Data you choose to synchronize is handled by that platform provider under its terms; it is not sent to or accessible by us. Deleting an app removes its local private storage, but may not delete copies you chose to store in iCloud or another location. Files you open or edit otherwise remain on your device unless you explicitly save or share them somewhere else.
Some apps can contact services you choose or that the app names, for example a feed or article you subscribe to, a recipe you ask it to import, or a public reference file such as exchange rates or an orbital catalog. Those requests go directly from your device to that service; it and your network provider receive routine connection information such as your IP address, and we neither receive nor retain the request. Where an app shares over your local network, that traffic is not encrypted and should be used only on a network you trust.
None of our apps or games sell or share your data with third parties, because none of them collect any. If a future app or game ever handles data differently, this page will say so explicitly before it ships.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- Improve and maintain our website and services.
- Analyze usage trends and site performance.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Information sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business, provided they agree to keep your information confidential.
5. Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@thevun.com.
8. Children's privacy
Our website and contact channels are intended for adults. Some of our apps are designed to be appropriate for children; those apps collect no personal information and contain no accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking. Because we do not receive app data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through those apps.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Contact us
